Our little casita, nicknamed "Tequila Sunrise", sits amongst a neighborhood of brightly-colored homes near the tiny pueblo of Chemuyil in the Riviera Maya of Mexico.
The house is located 25 minutes south of Playa del Carmen, or about 10 minutes north of Tulum (3 minutes to Akumal!).

One of the most beautiful beaches you'll ever lay your eyes upon is just across the highway, and the town of Chemuyil is authentic Mexico to the letter.
